Chuck Welch was hired as the Superintendent even before there was a golf course at Black Rock. This will be his third new golf course construction project (Nonesuch and Sable Oaks in Maine with golf course architect Brian Silva) and his experience in both new course construction and the grow-in has been critical to the success of Black Rock Golf Club. Raised in Adams, MA, Chuck enjoys golfing and just about any outdoor activity. Chuck's wife, Jackie, is his first assistant at Black Rock.
